Conveniently located near the mall and a bustling business area🛍️. The free parking was a great perk, making it easy to come and go. Plus, being right off Stephenson Hwy made it even more accessible.

My room was good.

The dishes weren't already in the room and they didn't have all of them.

The room here has central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave along with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom is well-equipped with a bath.

Large property with many options

The towel change , trash pickup and general room service. I had to ask for towels wash cloths etc

Appreciated my fine stay for a business trip. The location to the Detroit market was convenient and magnificent. Had lunch/dinner at Outback Steakhouse, which I found at walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel has a central location, very close to many restaurants, entertainment options, and a mall in Madison Heights. It is located near a movie theater, expressways, downtown Detroit, and other attractions. The area around the hotel is really safe, which is comforting for guests.

Staff was very kind!

The bed hurt my back, it was like sleeping on a board.

Staff was friendly and laundry facilities were good.

The location here was super convenient for exploring Detroit 🌆, which was a big plus for me!

This hotel was suitable place for exploring Madison Heights, greatly enjoyed it. Location: the property was very close to many restaurants and entertainment and the highway and shopping mall and group of restaurants. We had lunch in Steak 'n Shake, placed close by.

Main light kept flickering/dimming. Outlet in dinning area did not work. Had to hold handle down so toilet can flush. Called front desk to make him aware of these inconveniences and told me a work order would be put in tomorrow. The morning i checked out I brought these issues up when I was asked 'hows was your stay' and her reply was oh ok thank you for letting us know!!!!! I was offered any deductions another stay...nothing!!! Very poor customer service. Also lobby smelled like vomit.

The staff was amazing - friendly, professional, and patient. the lady at the front desk was great, making me feel welcome and providing excellent service. the location of the hotel was convenient, and the facilities were clean.

Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Room was ok.. The night front desk guy was pleasant enough! I do understand about the carpeting renovation - no worries there... Overall it was a good value for the money..

The Front Desk woman was not at all pleasant.. Seemed like a major effort for her just to speak.. No positive personality trait... I understand it 6am but come on..

Great budget hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff working the night shift. Convenient location, just a short stroll away from everything you need. 🌟
